Animal Care Intern June 2024 – August 2024
Provided daily care for parrots, farm animals, and raptors. Fed a range of animals their proper diet and portions. Administered daily medication to farm animals and parrot. Entered data for each animal. Monitored animals and made note of any stress or abnormalities. Socialized with animals to keep them entertained.

Greeted guests and answered questions they had. Tidied the Leadership Learning Center that was used for studying and meetings. Made reservations for students who wanted a room for their meetings. Communicated with Aggie Works when things broke in the building and communicated with my superiors to ensure they were aware of the issues.

Childwatch Counselor June 2022 – January 2024
Monitored behaviors and play activities to enforce rules and maintain safety. Developed and led multiple fun and engaging activities for 15 program participants. Discussed policies and procedures of the child care center with parents. Educated children on topics such as the English language and counting money.

Wildlife Rehabilitation Intern June - August 2022
Cared for 20+ species of animals and provided enrichment activities to promote well-being. Performed daily feeding and watering and cleaned animal enclosures for rescued animals. Entered data for each animal. Supported veterinary team with 3 procedures and preventive care. Educated children ages six to twelve on local Texas wildlife.
